Working with the SCIVR team is simple because they are thorough and care about the people they serve. The team will find answers to all your questions and will respond readily to any unit needs you may need while you are at your rental. They are all friendly and well-informed.
This past March-May 1st marked the 14th year my family and I have stayed at A303 Sanddollar. We are fortunate to have five weeks of bliss on the island while we comfortably stay at A303. The SCIVR team makes sure we have a comfortable stay while all maintenance (if any) is taken care of within the condo. The owners have totally refurbished the condo with lively and up-to-date color selections and decor throughout the entire condo. Plenty of towels (bath and beach) are provided for pool fun. To sum it up: It's gorgeous...the lanai view is super fantastic! The only problem we must deal with is the outdated elevator...which is needed when staying on the third floor!

The only concern was the dishwasher flossed the first day and maintenance came Monday and could not fix it so we had to wash dishes all week but were happy with the condo!! The updates felt like home and extremely clean!

We have stayed at the Sanddollar multiple times but this is one of the nicest units we have ever stayed in. I would definitely stay there again! The property was lovely. Everything was upgraded, the furniture was all new, the appliances were nice, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Sanibel(as always). Our time there was spent on the beach and in the local fun spots. Our rental was amazing(as usual) and enjoy all of the updates to the unit.

the location of the condo was great. Since it was in the middle gulf area we could walk miles either way on the beach depending on the wind, tides, etc. The condo itself is nicely furnished, washer & dryer worked great. Only drawbacks were the shower in master bath doesn't have much pressure behind it, the kitchen needs a lot more storage containers for leftovers, and the non stick skillet was in bad shape.

The only items needing attention were the master bath-no water pressure in shower, head not adjusting & not enough towel bars or hooks, kitchen-dishwasher not mounted to counter & nonstick frying pan really sticks, entry door has no screen. The apartment was in very good condition, good location, convenient access to the beach. Plenty of shelling available, but this also means the need to protect your feet when bathing in the ocean. Good restaurants all around. Since the condo is small there is no office or janitor in site to ask for services or repairs, you have to call RE/MAX for any request, from a beach towel to an extra key or a utility failure; in any case their reaction is normally very expeditious. All and all, an excellent place to stay in Sanibel.
