Very responsive and professional.
We did call to let Sanibel Captiva Island Vacation Rentals know that we purchased some additional items and left them at Unit 19 for other renters to use: 2 additional beach chairs, 1 additional umbrella, 2 beach mats, sand/beach toys. We would like to rent this property again, so hopefully these items will still be there.

Great property right in the heart of Captiva! Quick walk to the beach as well as restaurants. Short car ride to shopping and groceries. Shout out to Congress Jewelers for helping us celebrate our daughters 20th birthday, Baileys General store for the best food selection on the island and to Captain Mike from Sanibel Island Cruise line for the awesome charter to Cayo Costa Island we got to swim with a loggerhead turtle and stingray, saw dolphins and manatees and found loads of beautiful shells. My family and I highly recommend Sunset Captiva 19. It is beautiful, comfortable, clean, well maintained, with tasteful beach furnishings. It is minutes to walk to the pool and private beach. It is located within walking distance to restaurants and marinas. The community is friendly and very safe. We will definitely be back again!

This is our second time staying in Captiva and it was the best. The house was everything it was purported to be. Bright, cheerful, very clean with everything you need for a great vacation. Unfortunately, the two very small beach chairs were in disrepair, but I'm sure the owners (who seem to care very much about their property) have replaced them by now. Other than that little hiccup, we have nothing but great things to say. Great location, easy walk to the beach, sooo close to The Mucky Duck sunsets and all the fun on Andy Rosse Lane. Highly recommend the Lady Chadwick sailing (out of South Seas Resort) to Cabbage Key for lunch. Great day trip! If you stay at Sunset Captiva 19, you'll have a wonderful vacation.

We have rented several homes in Sunset Captiva and this is probably our favorite. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. It contains everything we needed. Sunset Captiva is the best location on the island, in my mind - walking distance to restaurants and shops, beautiful pool and beach. This house is a very short walk to pool yet is very private. Screen porch is fantastic with great furniture.
