We had a wonderful time in Sanibel in March. The rental unit we stayed at was in an excellent area - close to absolutely everything, but also a quiet area. It was so relaxing to set on the dock and watch the fish on Tarpon Bay. We got to see a Manatee right at the dock. We loved it so much we are planning to go back to the same area next year.

This was the second year we rented this condo for the month of Feb. The location is very convenient to restaurants and stores and has a lovely lake view from the back porches. The condo is getting a little run down: the toilet in the Master BR won't flush without additional water, the tub drain won't close; the stove has burner and broiler problems and the second bedroom's window and screen are ready to fall out. Also a drag you are not allowed to use on grill on the property. They are raising the rent 8% so it is time for us to look elsewhere for value.
