Relaxing, with good food. Wish the bed in Master was more comfortable.

We have stayed at Island Beach Club 3 previous times and this unit was by far the best. The view alone is worth the price. The layout is perfect and the furnishings are very nice, beach themed, exactly what you would want in Sanibel. If my family gets to return to Sanibel we hope to find this unit available.

The complex with its location, layout, and views is one of our favorites. This unit was clean, spacious, furnished well, and well stocked with kitchen utensils, books, and board games. The view was better than expected from the spacious balcony.

we were slightly delayed as the check-in required confirmation of being ready, not too much inconvenience. Condo was easy to get to with convenient elevators, but no luggage carts was a disappointment. Bed was pretty hard, luckily we notice an egg crate pad in the second bedroom closet and that made a big difference. on equipment, the lack of an icemaker was odd for todays world and as noted in other reviews, there was only one small frying pan, we had to buy one which we took home. same on spatula, only one metal one (not good got Teflon) so we went to Baileys, (which is a fantastic market) Access to the beach is pretty easy and we were in the favor of the Rain Gods as they left us along every afternoon. lovely Sea Breeze made them bearable daily around 2:30 or . we would book again

The rental experience was excellent for the most part. The management company was outstanding to work with and resolved a couple of very minor issues very quickly. The only complaint we have is that there was construction taking place the entire month, and while we completely understand that these things happen, it some of the other tenants stated they were made aware. The noise and mess from the workers was excessive at times. Still overall a good experience.

Nice and relaxing vacation in a very comfortable Club atmosphere. The condominium was as clean and comfortable as discribed. The only little deficit was the unsufficient beach Equipment -we bought new chairs and umbrella and left it as an improvement gift.

My family stayed at this condo the 1st week of February. We found it to be even nicer and bigger than the photos showed. We also found it to be very clean (which was important to me), so I felt very comfortable there. There is a carport and a storage unit for this condo. The view of the ocean was beautiful.(Even though it was not one of the front condos, the buildings are designed so that most of the condos have the view.) Our group included my husband, me our daughter and her husband and almost two year old son. The first thing we did was to childproof and put away all the beautiful glass items around the condo. Then we were fine and set to go. A bad storm had washed a lot of shells/debris on the beach a few days before we arrived, so we used the beach for shelling and fishing, but packed up and went to other beaches as well. Bozeman Beach was very nice and we also found a small beach by the bridge leading to Captiva. The guys fished off the bridge while we sunned on the beach. The pool at Island Beach Club was very nice and clean. Know that floats and drinks of any kind are not allowed in the pool or on the pool deck. It was an older crowd; I saw only two other children while we were there. A woman who comes every year spotted us as we arrived and was kind enough to show us around. She also invited us to "Sunset" which is a daily gathering of the residents at the entrance to the beach. They have a drink snacks, and socialize. The Sunset on the beach was absolutely gorgeous!!! Mary Ellen (the condo owner's daughter) was very nice to work with!
