We loved the location. Walk to the pool or beach. Enjoyed the market on site. Family friendly or couple friendly resort.

The property was neat and clean and very convenient to the pool and beach access. My only issue is that we booked this property months in advance and were billed $150/night however the amount dropped to $110 on the VRBO website the day we arrived. I called and was told it would be investigated and I'd receive a call back but that never happened.

The room was okay. The furniture needs updating. The ceiling fan was missing a blade so we weren't able to use it. The shower head dispensed only a fine mist so I needed to wash my longer hair in the kitchen sink! =( The remax check in folks were very nice though and the overall experience of the beach/pool area was nice.

The unit was very clean and I see the owner corrected some of the previous complaints. the rental agency did not call me back to tell me where the laundry was so do be aware the laundry is available on first level, two floors down. The beds need new mattresses since they had little support but then I like a firm mattress. My daughter who likes a soft mattress had no complaint. Overall, it was a good time and the location is centrally located and has an attractive site. We did enjoy the umbrella and chairs.

very nice stay, nice location, nice small size for the two of us, plenty of parking. Only two small disappointments. One was the picture made it appear as though there is a balcony, but there is not. The other was the ice maker was not hooked up so we had to buy or make our own ice. Those issues were small and did not take away from enjoying the location that is just a short walk from the beach. Nice pool area too.

The condo was a great place to stay..the kitchen was definitely used and it allowed for a lot of room to relax and enjoy our vacation. I would definitely come back another time with the rest of the family.

It was just my mom and I staying here so it was plenty big. Nothing amazing about it but suited us just fine. The plan was for one of us to get the bedroom and one of us to take the pull out couch. The pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable, the mattress was thin and the rod stuck in your back when laying down. I ended up sleeping on the couch without it pulled out, and that was fine. No major complaints besides they're not being a real coffee pot. There is only a singleserve keurig, which I wasn't aware of until after I had already purchased ground beans. Not a huge deal...just come prepared. :-) other than that, it was a close walk to the pool and to the beach. Beach chairs were junk so bring your own or be prepared to lay on your towel. Overall we were satisfied but not impressed. Would recommend for the price. In this case, you get what you pay for.

Although we didn't have a beach view, we were just a short walk to the pools and beach and enjoyed out 10 days there! Best beach for sunrise walks and shelling!

This vacation rental was clean and in a great location. Close to the pool and beach. The rental company was extremely helpful when we got locked out of the unit and were over to help us in a few minutes. The only suggestion I have is that the unit upgrade their beach chairs and umbrella.

We enjoyed our stay at Sundial on Sanibel. Unit D311 was clean and well maintained. The gas grills just outside the unit were awesome! We grilled our dinner twice during our stay. While we grilled, we played shuffleboard! Family Fun! Two complaints 1) each time the guests in the unit above us moved a chair or barstool we could hear it. would suggest felt pads or such 2) sand fleas on the beach caused many bites and itched for a week. some sort of posted warning would have been appreciated! Would definitely stay again.

Easy reservation and courteous rental agents. Arrived late and no problem picking my packet via the drop-box. Property is very clean and well stocked for move in. The pulled out sofa bed need refurbishing, otherwise everything were great!!

This place worked well for our family of four. It's clean, quiet and centrally located on a nice stretch of beach. We liked having our own kitchen, and the kids even said the pullout bed was comfortable. It doesn't have much of a view compared to neighboring units, and we expected some sort of patio or balcony, but there's none. My biggest complaint is that we didn't have access to the main pool or free access to the tennis courts. We ended up using the Sanibel rec center facilities, which are amazing for the price, and made a good biking destination. Great shelling in this area!
